► 2007 Holiday Card Templates

I am thrilled to announce my first holiday card collection. My goal was to create a collection that will serve all my cleints equally, regardless ofhw different their styles and tastes may be. This collection features a layout that I believ will suit any style, from classic & elegant to fun & whimsical. Many of the cards were created with wonderfully textured background papers, as well as digital elements such as ribbon and fibers that serve to add even more dimension.

All the templates are fully-layered .psd files. Each element can be modified or removed altogether, and papers and layouts may be mixed and matched to create even more looks. The entire collection contains 25 templates. This includes 16 unique layouts, as well as 9 variations. ► Brag Book Actions & Templates

Memory Books in smaller sizes are extremely popular to use as "Brag Books", and are often best-sellers becase of not only their "cute factor" but their affordability as well.

I offer these books in 3x3 and 5x5 inch sizes to my clients. I have yet to come across one that does not adore these books. The 3x3 especially is very cute !!

In an effort to speed up the process of creating these books, I have created a set of actions that resize a 5x7 photo to fit a 3x3 page, a 5x5 page, and both the 3x3 and 5x5 covers in full wrap-around. For non-PS users, I have also created layered PSD templates to be used in PSE, as well as flattened PNG templates for use in non-PS based image editoros that have the ability to use layers (ie PSP). Just choose the method that works with your existing software to create these pages in a snap.

These books can be printed through many labs, but this action was custom-designed for the books printed through ACI Lab. http://www.acilab.com/ The layouts these actions create will fit their page and cover styles perfectly !!! Each page features one image, matted on a default white or black page. There are also many options to customize the pages, including changing the colors of the actual page, the mat, as well as adding text throughout the book and on the covers.

Running the action with the default settings will create a full 20 page white or black mini book in a matter of minutes, ready for printing !! I am happy to announce my first pre-designed memory book. These are not blank templates as my previous collection have been. It all started with a sample I needed to design to show my clients, and this is what I came up with. I love a clean and simple design, and this book is just that. The clean design really allows the photos to shine in this book, and the subtle addition of color and text can enhance the images without overpowering them.

The collections contain a wide assortment of designs that accommodate an assortment of photos, with multiple variations for each base design for even more variety. Most base designs will also have both horizontal and vertical variations of the layout. The following example is one card design with 3 variations.



The collage collections also contain multiple sizes with matching aspect ratios. For example, included with the 8x10 collection are the matching templates for the following sizes that have the same aspect ratio : 11x14,16x20 & 24x30. The templates have been re-sized while keeping the same design/layout, saving you the time of re-sizing them prior to use.
Collages with "text borders" also include 3 variations by default, one with small/no text in the border, one with medium text in the border and one with large text in the border. The appropriately sized space has been left between the border and "photo openings" to allow for sufficient room for large/tall fonts. See the examples below :

The steps include Local Contrast Enhancement (LCE), levels for exposure adjustment, and several curves layers curves for adding contrast. The curves layers use various blend modes to fine tune the adjustment.

Instructions for PSE users : Conversions for PSE are .psd files with the layers needed to create the conversion. Just open the .psd file along with the photo you would like to convert side-by-side in PS Elements, and drag the adjustment layers from the conversion file to your photo. Tweak the layers as needed. When you are satisfied with the conversion, just flatten or merge all the layers. Couldn't be easier.
